20+ years experience at BT, during which he set up a BPM consultancy which delivered the first BPM solution within BT. Tim has further expanded and consolidated his BPM expertise working for a variety of high profile change management clients. Tim’s strength lies in his ability to bring together all the elements required to achieve transformational change within an organisation.
Tim has been an active speaker and writer on BPM and has twice lectured on BPM at the World Telemanagement Forum.
